Data we collect

This site requires no registration and creates no user accounts. Personal data is collected only when you choose to provide it.

• Contact form data: name, email address, organization (optional), service of interest and the content of your message.
• Aggregated browsing data, only if you accept measurement cookies: pages viewed, how the visit originated and interaction events.
• Campaign parameters present in the address you arrived with, if any.

Purposes of processing

Form data is used solely to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare and send a service proposal. It is not used for profiling and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Aggregated browsing data is used to understand which content is useful and to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Legal basis

Processing of form data rests on your consent when submitting it and on the legitimate interest of responding to a commercial enquiry you initiated.

Processing for measurement and advertising purposes rests exclusively on your consent, which you can grant or refuse from the cookie notice and withdraw at any time.

Contact form

Form submissions are processed by an external form provider acting as a data processor, which delivers the message to our mailbox. The provider does not use that data for its own purposes.

This site has no server or database of its own: no copy of your message is stored on this website.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no third-party cookies until you accept them. If no measurement identifiers are configured, no third-party script is loaded at all. When they are, the measurement tag loads with consent denied by default: it runs in a restricted mode, writing no cookies and not identifying your device, until you decide.

Regardless of your decision, the site uses browser storage for two strictly functional purposes that never leave your device and cannot identify you:

• Your light or dark theme preference, kept in local storage.
• Your cookie decision, kept in local storage so you are not asked again.
• The visit's campaign parameters, kept in session storage and cleared when you close the tab.

Measurement and advertising

If you accept, Google measurement and advertising services are loaded, using cookies to build aggregated usage statistics and to measure campaigns. These services run with consent mode enabled and advertising identifiers restricted by default.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser, which will make the notice appear again.

Recipients

Data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. It is accessed only by the firm's personnel handling the enquiry and by the technology providers required to deliver the service: the form provider, the email provider, the web hosting provider and, if you consented, the measurement services.

Some of these providers may process data on servers located outside the country. In those cases, processing relies on the contractual safeguards each provider offers.

Retention

Form data is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and manage any resulting commercial relationship, and thereafter for the period during which legal liabilities may arise. It is deleted once that period elapses.

Aggregated measurement data is retained according to the retention periods configured in the corresponding service.

Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, its rectification or deletion, the restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability, as well as withdraw any consent given.

To exercise these rights, write to us through any of the contact channels published on this site, stating which right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

Information security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to applicable regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document.
